Refund & Return Policy

At Rangeelaa, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Because our custom preorders are made specifically for each customer, our policies for Preorders and Ready-to-Wear items are different. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Preorder Items

All custom and preorder orders are final once placed and cannot be cancelled.

When you place a preorder, your chosen saree is reserved for you and your order begins moving through our production process. Our artisans create your piece according to the style, size, measurements and options you selected.

For this reason, preorder items cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing or workmanship defect.

Please Choose Your Saree Carefully ❤️

With our custom preorder process, you choose the actual saree that will be used to make your piece. We provide photographs of the saree so you can see the fabric, colours and print before ordering.

Please choose carefully. A preorder cannot be returned or refunded simply because you do not like the fabric, colour, print or overall appearance once you receive it, or because you have changed your mind.

Please also remember that colours may look slightly different depending on photography, lighting and individual screen settings. Minor colour differences are not considered defects.

Measurements & Fit

Your custom garment will be made according to the size or measurements you provide when ordering.

Please check your measurements carefully before submitting your order. We cannot provide a return or refund if incorrect measurements were submitted or if your measurements change after your order was placed.

If we made your garment incorrectly compared with the measurements or size information provided with your order, please contact us so we can review the issue.

Ready-to-Wear Items

Ready-to-Wear items may be returned.

If your Ready-to-Wear item has a confirmed manufacturing or workmanship defect, we will provide a full refund.

If there is no manufacturing or workmanship defect and you simply wish to return the item, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs, duties, brokerage fees or other charges associated with returning the item to us. These costs will not be reimbursed by Rangeelaa.

Please contact us before sending your item back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Manufacturing or Workmanship Defects

Whether your purchase is a preorder or Ready-to-Wear item, if you believe it has a genuine manufacturing or workmanship defect, please contact us promptly after receiving it.

Please provide your order information and clear photographs showing the problem so we can review it.

If we confirm that the item has a manufacturing or workmanship defect, we will work with you to make it right. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement or full refund.

Please do not send an item back without contacting us and receiving return instructions first.

A Note About Handmade Clothing

Rangeelaa pieces are individually made by our artisan team rather than mass-produced.

Small variations in stitching, print placement, pattern alignment or other minor handmade characteristics can naturally occur. These small variations are part of the character of handmade clothing and are not considered manufacturing or workmanship defects unless they materially affect the construction or wearability of the garment.

For Custom & Preorder items:
Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged or refunded, except for a confirmed manufacturing or workmanship defect.

For Ready-to-Wear items:
A confirmed manufacturing or workmanship defect qualifies for a full refund. Other approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs or related charges.
